By introducing a reward, you are changing the rules of the game aka what success means for your community and it’s members.

if rewards are limited, you are creating competition. This competition can be between people (everyone for themselves) or between teams (creating us vs. them dynamic)

rewards have a significant impact for sure. what do you think about rewards such as discounts, gas passes etc - basically kind of intrinsic rewards beyond just tokens & NFTs or reputation...

🤔I’ll say discounts are financial rewards, but more subtle than tokens or NFT.  I’m unsure if they are for more opportunistic or loyal users.

A discount could make something cheap enough to buy, but if you forget about it or never visit that physical store again then they are useless.
