Some ideas to rotate who is leading/facilitating conversations 
- rotating channel leads
- guide for becoming more active 
- casting buddy/ cheerleader
- themed day/week/month for which we have an expert (eg AMA on different platforms and/or across DAOs)
- leads delegating casting (@adrienne does that well)

This is really interesting! What can we apply to channel leads here? I'm already thinking about this in the DAO context. This does often happen naturally but I can see that we may need to nudge it at times.

Not sure I'll follow it intentionally. waiting for others to reply is a way to give space to others. Another way is to reply to tweets/posts of people who don't have many followers/ are new
