It used to be kickboxing 2x/week and 1-2 runs per week. One of them a trail run min 8km. The trail run is just behind my apartment, up the hill and down again. Normally less people so easier to run.

Also: get kids. You'll be walking a lot more. Constantly lifting things/beings
