What do you do that helps you understand both companies value proposition?

I actually manage only one cause SenseiNode's more focus in B2B so there's no community. It's not easy to manage both social platforms tho, however they are very different companies so I can manage well.
I think managing my times and understanding both companies at the core is key.

q1: How do you manage two communities at the same time?

I try to stay online a lot, listen to people that have more knowledge than me in podcasts, videos and real life. I try to learn a lot directly from the people I surround myself. Also, I've been reading about growth and community, this has helped me finding new resources.

How do you keep learning? What tools do you use? What's your process?

I still have a lot to learn about Growth Hacking but content marketing is one of the best for me. Web3 is already using it but I saw it first with HubSpot in in Web2. I think is powerful to make people understand you and share valuable knowledge.

what's the last growth hack you saw outside of web3 that's worth porting over?

Why should it be a feature that should be more valued in the space?

Our audience is crypto natives focus in privacy and decentralization, this is what we preach about since we have a decentralized frontend and we don't collect data from our users. This is also how we approach new aggregators, it's a feature that should be more valued in the space.

what's the audience for swapr vs other aggregators, and how do you think about targeting them?

Onchain classes to improve mobility and posture, strengthen the whole body and get rid of your pain

I would start thinking, why would she move to Farcaster? Is there an audience for here here? If so, I would tell her to give you 30 mins of her day and you could show her how it works, and what she could do here. I'm trying to onboard my gf too and she's a bit skeptical but this has helped.

My girlfriend has a large Instagram account (with many followers from Argentina btw), and I've been trying to convince her to join Farcaster for over a year now. She has an account @fisioyoga, but I am unable to persuade her. Neither I nor Chris Dixon or Tapscott have succeeded. Any tips?

People in the EU don't need to scape their financial system and find other solutions so the key to attract them is more about the technological possibilities and from a social/artistic perspective IMO

No really, I've started with Swapr but still building and understanding it. I notice a lot of differences.
People in LATAM need crypto for the economic situation we are in, and even there is a lot of talent people are a bit skeptical around tech and money. I saw that the EU is more focus in the tech than making money.

Have you ever built a community in the EU? Do you notice any differences? Any advice?

How do you get people to align on the values of the community? What are the best way to communicate it?

Definitely creating a channel in Farcaster and spending a lot of time trying to find those that aligned with the values of my community. It will depend a lot on the type of community i will be building tho.

If you were starting today, what would be your process to kickstart a community from scratch?
