too number-less for data, but perfect for farcastHER. Measure what matters. DAU is useless if its 1000s of ppl only saying gm (unless your community is an accountability group for getting out of bed)

Although for the first one, I’d add a quality metric so you don’t get low quality answers to questions that then need to be reopened because the question wasn’t resolved. Something like: number of tickets reopened would help too.
