Few fixes for those still unable to claim :

1. If it says Ineligible, try again after clearing caches and cookies of your browser. You can also try by opening the page in incognito mode. 
2. If it says 0 allocation, continue your claim and you will see your tokens on final page.

It's not among the over 800 names there.
I qualified for about 8,100 tokens, I did everything too
