I've got a couple tricks if I feel like I'm coming down with something. - Go to a sauna or steam bath. Spend as much time in there as I can handle, breathing in thru nose, out thru mouth. - Nose Gargle. First time doing this I was a coughing spluttering mess, but once you're used to it it's pretty easy. Neil Med is the stuff I use.
