I can see the artist cartoonified you and I can recognise that it's you :)
So, if you give an AI a picture, it "learn" your face and other features to the point that it can replicate you creating other pictures. 

Although, maybe I'm just overthinking it and worry too much, as there are other billions of people on this planet. Also, the artist might have just used their art skills to portray you in this pfp :)
