Something idiotic happened to me. I don't really like oysters, but yesterday my friends convinced me to share it with them. And like in a bad joke I ended up with a rotten one….I had to rush to the restroom to spit it out, it was awful. But guess what the restaurant didn’t even remove the bad oyster from the bill, let alone offer any compensation for the experience…

My rule of thumb for oysters is only eat them in months with R. Waters are warmer this time of year. Bad look for restaurant though in any event

Where did that happen? Thats definitely not normal service but service has gone down tremendously since covid imo

It happened in Prague. Living in Europe, I’ve learned not to have high expectations en general haha. How is it in America?

Ahh I never been to Prague, cooked with a few guys from there in cali ! Hate to say it, but it varies from city to city throughout the states. NYC is def the 🐐 since it’s so competitive in hospitality. I find in California, Northern California has a great attention to detail and care for the guests. I have found So Cal restaurants to be very lackadaisical
