I’ve noticed a measurable decline in the way marketing employees are treated in crypto, especially in smaller projects 

I channeled my frustrations into this but never shared it, but the more I learn I’m not alone, the more people I think can get bingo pretty easily

I was explaining to my dad how my entire resume for the past 5 years is crypto so it’ll be hard to get a job elsewhere, and it reminded me how if someone has been in an abusive relationship before they’re more likely to end up in one again 😭 we gotta break the cycle

We do! I do see the culture shifting though, more marketers calling out bs, so let’s see! 

Do you think it’ll be hard to go back to web2 marketing? In my mind it’s all marketing experience in the end if you wanted to try something else.
