Son loves the new yard and there's a family behind us with a son only 2 months younger than mine. Was walking back and saw 2 more neighbors with kids his age

Entire neighborhood appears to be families with range rovers & benzs

Seems like it. It's all millennials with pandemic babies who wanted to live in a walkable neighborhood 

Hopefully Kai can make friends with the kid in the house behind ours so he has someone to play with at the house, there's a gate on the fence between their yard and our yard so it would be perfect if they get along

Wife and I picked it out during our road trip bc it means sea or ocean and i agreed it was a great name. 

We were driving to the ocean when we picked it out
