If you could delegate $100,000 to members of a community - which one would it be and how would members qualify for a piece of the cake?

Would probably target the top /base NFT communities like /base-god and /toshi and let use a snapshot method for holders at a certain block be randomly selected for the delegation.

If they are erc721 NFTs, then you could also use a prize hook that awards any prizes won by the deposit to a random NFT holder. Ex prize hook contract: https://github.com/GenerationSoftware/pt-v5-builder-code-examples/blob/main/src/prize-hooks/examples/nft-chance-booster/NftChanceBoosterHook.sol
