Sir John Templeton is one of the other successful investors in the world who has launched and managed some of the largest and most successful international mutual funds. In 1954, he launched the "Templeton Growth Fund", which had an average annual return of 15% until 38 years later.

Templeton was an American investor, anthropologist and businessman.  He is known for creating the best mutual fund in the world, using unique methods.  The value of the family fund when the fund was sold in 1992 was equal to 13 billion dollars.
