There's so much in life we take for granted. But it's a healthy exercise to start paying attention to the details and appreciate them. Simple things are what make the difference and most of the time we don't pay attention to them. Be thankful for the day you lived, right before falling asleep every night. Be thankful to wake up one more day as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. Think of at least one simple thing that happened to you today and can be thankful for. And share it. Share it with someone close to you. Your spouse, your kids, your friends or family. I'm sure they'll appreciate it too, and who knows, maybe they start doing the same exercise too. In the same line of thought, today I'd like to highlight /birdon, a community project @flight started and hosts. And it's all about appreciation...
