I also I don’t think Microsoft was an open model… Linux was open, both Microsoft and Apple were closed cmon

Apple is also open in the sense anyone can create an app and add it to their store (paying a big fee tho)

open is relative

Windows PC was fairly open (not open source)

i don’t think Meta VR right now is open

he could also just be paying lip service trying to fake differentiate, idk
