Any of the self serving reputation mechanisms break down with the infiltration of a single malicious actor.

You are effectively saying that there is a condition for a disease to spread within the system.

We rather need credible neutrality instead.

I think the power badge should act like a trust factor but it can be easily manipulated too by some bad people like yesterday my wallet got drained as the scammer who has been around for a month or so was followed by a few PB users that I know of, so if only it's a bit better...
