I know it's a meme coin season but who's building a desktop application that connects to the Solana blockchain?

Currently, I am using Solana CLI to interact with the blockchain. 

I want to connect if you are also building a desktop app or are interested in building one.

Why is everything in web 3 are using websites? why not desktop app that connects to web3? 

I don't get it.

Can someone tell me why not desktop app? Especially in Solana where you can use file system wallet which I think would be more secure.

Solana is down, I can't close my position in Jupiter 😂
