gm i've been a bit quiet recently, here's what we're working on: πΈ building a native mobile app, aiming to launch in < 1 month. (will invite some people to beta test before) the app is way snappier and the editor is better πΈ in the current app we're going to replace the feed with what we think is a better way to see your friends' moshis. early access to power users soon πΈ imagining more things you can do with moshis you see that you like we're taking moshicam worldwide and we have a bit of work to do πππ

you know I'm already on the beta test list, right? ;) Curious to hear about the decisions and tech stack of the native mobile app. This was a big missing piece for me.

will be sure to give you access when itβs ready π«‘ new app is react native so we can be on ios and android we started with a pwa because we wanted to quickly test the moshicam idea and pwa offered the shortest path (no app store review) it got traction so we wanted to grow it but pwa has its limitations esp for a social/image editing app. page load is slow, api limitations forced us to make sacrifices in core ux, push notifications arenβt reliable on ios etc and people instinctively go to the app store to download an app
