Putin pretends to visit the frontlines in the Kursk region, dressed up in camo, most likely filmed on a fake film set, like most of his appearances. I’d assume this is him trying to send a message. On a serious note, if you’re wondering why the U.S. shut off intelligence sharing with Ukraine, it’s getting clear that it was was so Russia could re-take the Kursk region, leaving Ukraine with no “cards” and no Russian territory to trade for occupied Ukrainian land.
