The battle of digital longevity/healthspan platforms will likely come down to UI that keeps patients interested once they have exhausted the novelty of it all. Incentives will be everything.

i think at some point we may see telehealth platforms (ex: ro, hims, etc) may roll up digital longevity/healthspan platforms to provide additional services/value to existing customers + upsell generic/off-brand medication or supplements to current users. i think this would also be a really interesting offering for menopause telehealth companies as women age out at 65+ but may still be interested/care about longevity. would be another way to monetize a patient where there’s a long term, trusting relationship

That likely will be the way to go for most. Especially for women as so much healthspan benefits reside in optimizing hormonal management during pre/peri/post menopause. Hone Health is one that offers that right now. Bigger question of this though will be how patients can be personalized. Especially with hormonal therapies that both for men and women carry cardiac and other risks if mismanaged. But overall telehealth is the way the shift is happening.
