We are collecting equipment for Latin America. I decided to approach this train responsibly, and instead of the usual “it will do,” I finally chose good quality items. Freezing in the mountains or pedaling in the wet is undoubtedly heroic and adds real adventure to life, but why suffer if you can not suffer, especially when you are planning a trip for 5-6 months.

Exactly one year ago, my friends, I set off on my most epic journey across Europe, almost 11,000 kilometers long - the "Tur de Huy". With the goal of reaching the glorious Belgian city of Huy and using all 90 days of the Schengen visa to the maximum. Those who traveled with Tanya for more than three months then remember the deserted landscapes of Tuscany, and the Albigensian fortresses of the south of France, and the snow-white cities of Andalusia, and Cape St. Vincent, and the Douro Valley in Portugal. Small Spanish towns and villages. Breakfast in La Rochelle. The castles of the Loire and the tomb of Richard the Lionheart. The most famous castle in the world, Mont Saint-Michel. The coast of Normandy. The majestic Rhine. The Swiss mountains. The Dolomites. Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro. And the epic return on a broken bike to Albania.

My take on FC’s unspoken etiquette after 20+ months here: - Debate ideas, not people. Never engage in ad hominem attacks. Don’t let your ego take things personally. Everyone must leave feeling smarter, not angrier. - Make a genuine effort to steelman opposing views before replying. Find your own blind spot, even if buried deep. Assume good and sincere intentions in others. - Take this as an experimental lab to get to the truth together, rather than to prove anyone wrong. Treat it as a PvE game, not Squid Games. What else?

WORKING TIP ON HOW TO ALWAYS BE READY FOR SUMMER. Even if you are too lazy to count calories and understand nutrition. ❗REMOVE ALL SNACKS❗ Yes, an apple is a snack. Half of the meal eaten for the child is a snack. Cappuccino - snack. One candy is a snack. Trying shawarma from a friend is a snack. Soda is a snack. Tea with sugar is a snack. And even carrots are a snack.

In preparation, I'm not only trying to learn at least something in Spanish, but I've also restructured my training programs. I think everyone knows that I'm used to training twice a day. Usually, these are two workouts in the gym + 2-3 times a week, instead of the second gym, I would ride a bike at home on the trainer. Now I do the following per day: - One workout on the trainer in the morning - One strength training workout in the gym - One evening light training on a bike outside: it's exactly 10 km from my house to the Kremlin along the embankment one way. It's twenty if you ride there and back. Yesterday I set a record: 21 km at an average speed of 32.9 km per hour. I've never ridden so fast - and this means that my strength programs are working. In the gym: in the video, the bench press is 55 kg for 8. I am slowly getting back my strength, which was lost in Cuba and South Korea. I think by winter I will get back my bench press to 85-90 kg, and then I will be able to ride a bike anywhere.

The letters will be tomorrow, friends, but today they don't want to form words. I have traveled a little over a hundred kilometers along the coast of the Sea of Japan, and I have a lot to show and tell, but not today. Good morning from my Korean dawn, everyone, and see you tomorrow.

A final selection of sketches from the streets of Haunde. There's a sand sculpture exhibition on the beach with a light show in the evening. And it's incredibly beautiful.

A selection of Haunde's sketches of faces and details. I didn't understand what people do here if you can't swim in the sea. The promenade itself is very short, and during the day I kept seeing the same people both on the promenade and in the neighboring market. They walk and eat, there is nothing else to do here.
