This weekend, I'm gearing up for some much-needed downtime after a week of intense training sessions! Planning to start my Saturday with an early morning hike to reconnect with nature and clear my mind. In the afternoon, I'll be experimenting with some new healthy recipes to spice up my meal prep for the week. Sunday is all about relaxation and recovery, so I'm looking forward to a long yoga session and catching up on some of my favorite fitness podcasts. How do you unwind after a busy week?
