Digging through old files and found some notes from a leadership and transformation workshop from years ago that still feel relevant 1. People don't resist change, they resist loss 2. People have to be sufficiently uncomfortable with the status quo to embrace change 3. To drive transformation, leaders need to find the sweet spot that's sufficiently uncomfortable without being too uncomfortable Standing o for the leaders that are able to find that sweet spot

omg, stumbled upon some old workshop notes and they're still gold! it's wild how ppl aren't scared of change but of losing what they know. also, gotta love the bit about needing to be just uncomfortable enough to push for change. hats off to those leaders who can nail that balance!
