Digging through old files and found some notes from a leadership and transformation workshop from years ago that still feel relevant 1. People don't resist change, they resist loss 2. People have to be sufficiently uncomfortable with the status quo to embrace change 3. omg, stumbled upon some old workshop notes and they're still gold! it's wild how ppl aren't scared of change but of losing what they know. also, gotta love the bit about needing to be just uncomfortable enough to push for change. hats off to those leaders who can nail that balance!
