I once was annoyed by shitty reddit market UIs, so I built myself a custom UI for /r/gunaccessoriesforsale This is basically that concept of an improved marketplace UI, but generalized to work for any underlying market structure. It uses AI agents to synthesize the key attributes necessary for that market's ideal UI and constructs it dynamically.

I feel like the two-pizza team rule is good for team performance, but bad for large org performance. You end up with more management layering and increase the overhead for any big project.

I'm super stoked about this, but I don't think it's totally clear yet how open Apple is actually going to be with it. it's interesting to me that retail focused amm frontends explicitly compete and market based on execution quality, while traditional brokerages seem to market based on advisory services as a way to sneak through terrible execution.
