has anyone built / seen a tool for migrating all assets (e.g. ERC20s, ERC721s, DeFi positions, delegations) from one 4337-compatible smart wallet to another?

I am not sure but I think I heard about something similar some months ago, here

a new erc compatible con erc4337 that sends all assets in the wallet,

it could be very useful on wallet recovery, wills and, (a potential way to sell SBTs..) 

the word modularity comes to my mind too.. but have no idea why 😅

erc 7405, portable smart accounts, (it migrates the mnemonic)
erc 7377, migration transaction (from eoa to sw)

does not look exactly the same but may help
