Unfortunately, I can't find the documentation on how to make a frame button load an other frame using HTTP GET, I may add some more functionality if this is supported.

ah yeah, the frame data, button, user and all this stuff must be send with this POST request, not sure if there is a way to just request the frame with a GET

No framework. But according to the documentation, only HTTP POST requests are supported.
