I don't understand the negativity. 

We're giving the top 100 casters $5 in USDC every day. No other conditions or gotchas. Just a small thank you for contributing something valuable. 

We also tried to make the algorithm more friendly to smaller accounts (by normalizing followers).

with 4.20 or 6.9 USDC there is no negativity, sir..

I do not think that the payment is a bad idea.. but I could agree with tim.. anyway, I read that it is just an experiment.. these numbers may grow in the future.. attached to network growing.. like incentives or dividends for top users.. or just like someone said.. with sponsors or whatever.. sounds cool.. and makes sense to start with an small amount.. 

...or implement a way to receive them in a random coin 😅
