This won't work in most markets where the cost of homes have skyrocketed past the point where first time homebuyers can afford the mortgage. Nice talking point though, i'm sure they'll come up with at least 2-3 more of these she can rattle off in her stump speeches to make the point that she is combating inflation. Her arch nemesis right now.
