Finally get our $units token and frame out the door now that our devs are back. Get the house cleaned so my wife and kids can come home to a clean house. Complete 4, 5 mile rucks with 5 more pounds towards my goal of a 75 pound pack by EOY.

Please be careful with your back, my guy There are diminishing returns to more weight b/w muscle growth vs joint issues and don’t ruck run if you can help it (speaking from painful consequence land)

Thank you. Yeah, been at this for a little over a year. I am wary of what the 70 lb mark will feel like, I've been at 60 for a month now. This week is the first at 65. Never, ever run. Sorry to hear about the injury. I tend to go pretty slow (20 min miles) compared to what I've heard is a normal pace. But I really like the muscle development it encourages, without the strain on my joints that running produces.

Yea that’s def safe ranges for rucking over time The other thing to remember is that muscles tend to strengthen faster than tendons so you can often do more weight faster than your body is really ready for over time
