speaking anecdotally, I invite fewer of my friends to FC now than I did a year or two ago. Still unpacking the reasons / thoughts behind that but curious if others feel the same.

Part of it for me is that I know how hard they have to work to find a cozy corner for themselves. The caveats I have to put into all of the great things about WC is a little rough. 

1. you won't be seen at the start but eventually people will start talking to you
2. try not to reply to too many people you don't know unless you have really interesting things to say or they will think you are a spammer
3. You need pay $5 but eventually you can earn it back through all of the incentives in the app
4. What incentives, well there are things called tipping tokens....and there there is Moxie....
5. People are amazing, but there are lots of bots too, so look out for them and don't follow too many or you'll get categorized as one as well
6. Etc, etc. etc

I've tried to talk through these and unless you're in crypto where something like "some of the brightest minds in ETH" isn't going to draw you in, there are a lot of hoops to jump through.
