Being given a instruction manual for body and mind from my future self would be truly a great gift. 'Eat this, don't eat that, if you do this you'll feel lousy, go do that instead' but from future self (time travel). Would save so much time having to try and error-correct.

This shows that you have self-awareness, which is the most important skill of all because it allows you to independently build/rebuild yourself and course correct along the way.
