All the time periods, our collective past - each period was a remix of all the previous moments that came before it

Even time periods of history that have no records, 1000s, 10000s of years of victories, unrecorded love stories, wars, defeats, anguish, loss — this is what everything is built upon

We are, our own ancestors, and therefore we are own collective memory and fragmented past - consciously remixed through the lens of the current times, customs, technologies and humans - we continue to unfold onto ourselves into the future

“Remix” has such nice semantics here because it makes the idea creative, optimistic, even playful.

It would be impossible to connote the above without that exact word, which only gained popular use only in Jamaica in the 60s. And here we are further remixing it today, so far from its origin.
