Imagine not thinking the world is amazing

I can’t

creating and destroying; flying cars, roc.camera, july.rocks

it is as amazing as it is dystopian, it just depends on what you want to consider. i happen to be a strong proponent of a slight optimistic bias. it doesn’t hurt waking up everyday feeling a little better than the alternative.

but i can imagine not thinking the world is amazing. it is at least fathomable to me.

so much more “good” than “bad”, reality

When you have a lot going for you, that's the approach to take.

I still think the world is amazing, even though we have a war going on and it’s hard to believe in humanity sometimes. But either way, we are blessed to live another day and have hope.

This dystopian miracle often hurts the existentialist part of my brain.

waking up in this beautiful world daily is a gift, many don't realize
