The hard part is the tech / SV machines truly believe they’ve hacked this with formulaic ways to acquire customers and scale. They have a survivorship bias smoked blueprint for everything. There is one formula and one path to build amazing shit, care more than everyone else and prove it with output. What it’s not: - SEO - marketing ploys and content - growth hacks - PR, conferences, speaking gigs - buying customers - LTV analytics based only first degree events What it is: - quality - support for every customer regardless of their LTV - servant based leadership
