At least more often than not, I think doing things really enables me to act. Acting is a consequence of a decision that I made a while ago. More often than not I’ve already made the decisions in the past, I’m just not sure if I’m ready to act on them or not

and ironically, perhaps paradoxically, focusing too much on the what changes our perception of the when, delaying it until it's no longer in context of the original timing that the what would have benefited from in the first place

Timing is everything. I wholeheartedly agree. Take the RWA stuff for example. A lot easier to go full force on this stuff now as the market sentiment has changed + now RWAs are trending.
