I feel like people forget how often the branding and signage actually gets used, in a day and age when people are expecting everything to be digital, we forget how much of this stuff we actually use on a day to day basis in everyday life. A lot; it turns out

The semiotics feels especially fascinating to me, given the intent is to be immediately recognizable, yet frequently the symbols and signage vary by countries anyway.
