I read this as "focus more on the good than the bad" and I wholeheartedly agree.

Why spend energy tearing down what you hate when you could spend it building up what you love? You'll feel a lot better about yourself and your life doing the latter.

Understand but don't understand what do you'r intention  we understand but not understand
