The /degen channel has turned into the worst channel on Farcaster since the mod changed & the core $Degen community went to /degentokenbase. Go there if you care about $degen & want to stay up-to-date!

The Degen channel could have been a great place to aggregate and share all kind of Degen alpha but at this point I wouldn't recommend anyone to check this channel because you'll see the same frame 50 times, the same old Degen pics once a day and 0 good content. If there is a channel for Degen alpha, let me know, I'm happy to join & contribute 🎩

/degentokenbase is better but also far away from a good channel to check frequently. What I'd love to see in this channel? Less spam - more quality!

yep. couple of things:
> jacek seems to have plans to use allowances to incentivize participation here, waiting for those details
> some moderation tools haven't finished cooking; cohosts can't pin, for example
> otherwise waiting for the new system to really cement Town Halls and other recurring community programmes
