havent been gym in 3 weeks, suggestions to get back into the flow, im kinda absorbed in my work rn

The only thing that really works for me long-term is making it the first priority, the first task every day. Whenever I move it later or even after work, I’m struggling to get to it. Lots of good challenges to get back into a routine. Obv it also helps to get a personal trainer or do sports together. Join a cross fit or hit classes or call up some friends and create a regular Padel/Tennis/Football group. Whenever I’m in/after the gym, some matches, I feel 10x better and wonder how I ever lost my routine - for me, it’s usually some injury & work reasons but stupid excuse 🫠
