Theopetra is an interesting project, but I'm not sure if their economics pencil. The investors dont share in the ownership/appreciation of the real estate and the rents are intended to be below market.

I suspect it'll be challenging to scale their real estate portfolio if investors dont get their nut 🥜

so their scaling up is limited? Like, today the token is like $0.8, it shouldn’t skyrocket bc their math is rather community-making than profiting?

Scaling is unlimited. There is no cap. Theopetra is trying to own as much real estate as possible
