Do you know the MVRV-Z Score of Bitcoin??. If you don't know I recommend you to take a look. A brief intro...👉 🟦 MVRV: The ratio of the market capitalisation (current total price of all currencies) to the realised capitalisation (sum of the values of all currencies according to their price at the time of their last transaction). 🟦 Z-Score: A statistical measure that quantifies the standard deviation of the MVRV from its historical average. It helps to identify periods when Bitcoin is extremely overvalued or undervalued. 📊 The graph: 🟥 Red Zone: Indicates extreme overvaluation (market peaks). 🟩 Green Zone: Indicates extreme undervaluation (market bottoms). Accurately predicted BTC market peaks (2013, 2017, 2021) when the Z-Score hit the red zone. 👉 Current Status: the Z-Score is well below the red zone, suggesting Bitcoin is not overvalued and has room for significant growth before the next market peak. https://www.bitcoinmagazinepro.com/charts/mvrv-zscore/
