automod

Some small improvements to /automod today:
- Any field that accepts a username now autocompletes.
- The Followed by and Following rules now accept multiple usernames in each rule.

Hi! Quick question. Posting here because I figure you might see it sooner rather than in DC requests. 

I just upgraded to the Prime sub but it says I'm still over the monthly limit. Is that because I'm over 25k casts? Is it possible to see that number somewhere?
