AT THE BAGGAGE CLAIM If everyone stood back further everyone would be able to see their bags. But one person steps forward, so others must too, and the cycle repeats. As you get closer the circumference gets smaller and field of view gets narrower, so fewer people fit and they see less. Which means people move forward faster as they get closer. Tough system.
