something to manage spam replies ("only show responses from people you follow", or similar)

could be: group *all* notifications from non-follows, or option to just not see certain replies at all 

I’m new to >100k followers but casting these days feels like chatting with bots half the time

We group all replies from people you don't follow in a single notification already? Are you looking for something else?
