Is there an EVM Firefox extension that supports Ledger? It feels like Ledger support is broken or just not supported on Rainbow and Metamask.

Coinbase isn't on Firefox, and Phantom doesn't support Ledger on Firefox (to my knowledge). :(

You can always try Coinbase or Phantom. I have ledger integrated with them without problems (most of the time), but Metamask works for me as well through "connect a ledger" feature.

Short answer: no. Long answer: Firefox removed the mechanism (U2F) which is used to connect devices to browsers for security reasons. At this time Chromium based browsers are the only ones which have this interface
