What's on your mind re: Farcaster? Where can I share additional context / thinking?

I tried my first frame today, and the experience could be better - submitted a PR to improve the "getting started" guide, but embedded frames are a non-starter for hobby devs. https://warpcast.com/jrh3k5.eth/0x74491aa9

Trying to get a frame preview to show up in the playground (attached example screenshot of my frame not serving the necessary information). The doc the link takes me to starts out pretty straight-forward, with the fc:frame tag, but the lift to provide the manifest requires a lot of cross-documentation stitching and leaves me constantly asking myself why this is necessary - i.e., why is this worth the time to do if I'm just wanting to play around with Farcaster frames? And perhaps hobby devs isn't the target audience for this - maybe it's meant for people wanting to do something "serious" with frames?

Hey @samuellhuber.eth do you recall was there something with ngrok that the first time it was run it would hang but subsequent attempts would go through? there was something funky here. haven't hit it since day 1 using ngrok. Josh you may want to hit that ngrok in a browser first before the dev tools in wc. Can't recall but there was a weirdness here
