Can a company set the requirements of where and how they're sued?

In April, Coinbase announced changes to its user agreement that added two clauses limiting class action lawsuits and requiring lawsuits to be filed in New York. The changes apply to disputes initiated after May 15.

it depends on the state

some states enforce these terms as a contract between the user and the company, and others limit waivers of certain legal rights on public policy grounds

that would be a question for the court in each case where a complaint was filed 

guessing how a state court will rule is more difficult than guessing the price of ethereum tomorrow

so in this case would this be enforceable ?
