Very simple spec for a first cut of programmable DCs. Plan is to basically expose a thin layer on top of internal Warpcast APIs. We don't know enough about the final shape of public DC APIs, so will keep it simple to start.

the “dc opt in” is a cool equivalent of “subscribe”

and make that extremely evident for every user, so that they know that they can “unsubscribe” (and close the window for programatic DCs from that specific fid)

like a simple toggle on the conversation between the two parties
