If you’re a top tier VC, and a founder you invest in resorts to criminality and is convicted of crimes related to the company Theranos, FTX soon: Synapse, Dose etc If the world was perfect that VC should lose their job and VC career imo Just like DUIs — should be a one and done. No second chances

Agree if proper due diligence would've uncovered the crime (like FTX). Disagree if the VC was also duped (some of the theranos investors) but I think LPs should not trust such investors with their capital again.
