Yeah it’s crazy how people fear monger about nazis all the time but this is what the early innings of fascism look like. Making it impressive for private businesses to operate and opening door for public companies to do everything.

That is such ridiculous legislation. The impact will be more people declined credit. Giving credit to less trustworthy cohorts is a morally good and very difficult thing. Interfering with the businesses doing this is typically of good intentions but bad interventions, and really annoys me. I’m not even right wing ffs

I couldn’t find mention of the policy in the Delphi link but the document looks well presented and engaging
